Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. The store has a huge frame selection!! Just wow!! There is also a variety of beautiful art work in the store. I recently brought in two needlepoint projects that I needed framing. One of which was a picture that I did as a memorial of my yellow lab I lost suddenly to cancer which meant this was very dear to me and I wanted someone that would take great care of it when it came to the framing. I walked into Peninsula Custom Framing and introduced myself to Charles Outlaw and explained the story. Charles explained his procedure, offered his opinions on frames and mats but more importantly he cared about why this was so important to me. When I left that day I knew I had made the right decision to trust in his work and experience. Needless to say when I came back to pick up my artwork I was blown way by what he had done. I have an extremely old flag that is a family heirloom. Having recently moved to Hampton Roads we decided to finally have it framed for our new home. Previous estimates from framers elsewhere were astronomical so we had not completed the project. Charles painstakingly hand pinned the flag so as not to damage the fragile fabric. He made several recommendations on framing and mounting and together we came up with an incredibly beautiful and affordable option. The frame we finally chose was mis-marked but he gave me the lower price anyway. I highly recommend him for all your framing needs, and he will successfully come up with ideas for anything you have. I have already left more things to be framed. He gets an A+ from me!

“I have had two pictures framed at Peninsula Custom Framing and Gallery. Both arts were very large paintings. Since it was a emergency situation that we only have 3 days to finish it.
